The Purchaser should inform The Hamper & Gift People immediately of any problems by telephone: 0845 0093130 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org The Hamper & Gift People treat complaints as a top priority and will do our utmost to investigate any complaints as soon as they are brought to our attention. We will endeavour to rectify any problems as soon as possible. Please note, that the Purchaser is welcome to contact The Hamper & Gift People on any issue relating to their order by telephone or email. The Hamper & Gift People’s operating hours are from 9:00 am GMT to 5:00 pm GMT, Monday to Friday.
Refunds / Cancellations
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and the service we provide. If, for any reason within the first 7 working days of receiving, you are not happy with your order and wish to return it, we kindly ask to first, notify us by email to email@example.com , explaining your reason for returning and send it back to our contact address, listed above. All items should be unused and in their original packaging, undamaged. Refunds will take place within 30 days and be at the discretion of The Hamper & Gift People. We regret that any fresh food items will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund. Please ensure all returns are carefully packaged to prevent any damage. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. All goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase otherwise, we will not be able to refund you.
You may cancel an order in writing up to 24 hours before the requested delivery date. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation later than 24 hours before the delivery date, you may be too late to stop the delivery. To cancel your order if the goods have already been dispatched, you must notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel your order, you must send the items, suitably packaged, unused and in their original packaging and undamaged, back to our contact address and we will refund the value of the goods. We regret that any fresh food items will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund. Please ensure all returns are carefully packaged to prevent any damage. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged, the purchaser must contact The Hamper & Gift People within 3 days of receipt of goods. Damaged goods must be returned to our address above, suitably packaged. The Hamper & Gift People will replace or refund the items concerned.
Occasionally our suppliers may experience temporary shortages. The Hamper & Gift People reserve the right to substitute any items included in our hampers of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the web site are unavailable.
The Hamper & Gift People will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested delivery date. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, road work delays or accidents, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
